EVO QuickTime Component for Windows
EVO for QuickTime allows you to import and export .evo files with any
application supporting the QuickTime framework. On Windows, this
includes QuickTime Pro, Adobe AfterEffects and others. These components
support stereo movies. Stereo movies are imported with the left and
right frames side by side, creating one large image. When exported as
stereo, the movie is split in the same way and written to disk as left
and right frames. This allows you to use popular editing tools to add
effects and transitions to your stereo movies. Additionally, you
can read in MTM or Multi Tiled Movies. This allows you to easily
preview a movie before loading it on your display wall or to easily
re-assemble an existing MTM and convert to another format.
DirectShow Plugin for Windows
DirectShow Plugin allows Windows Media Player based applications to
understand the EVO file format. Applications that work with
DirectShow include Windows Media Player itself and the latest version
of PowerPoint.
